Is there an Application Add-In that will allow a user to automatically delineate a watershed in OpenRoads Designer Connect Edition?
No - this is not available at the moment. But it is something that is planned for a future release.

How about adding the ability to determine a composite C-factor like GEOPAK Drainage was able to. ORD was intended to be a GEOPAK/InRoads replacement, but it has gone backwards in a lot of areas. Very frustrating.
Bentley Provide OpenFlow that provide the capably to analyse delineation. Downfall s that the application is very expensive.
