I got OpenRoads Design, and I wonder if I can change my keyboard shortcuts to numeric shortcuts as it was in the microstation v8i.

Please post a screenshot of how you have Position Mapping set-up so I can get an idea of what you mean by it not working.
I try whit the TD and TS, but not work whit any one.

I miss the shortcuts 3+1=copy, or 7+1=modify, but I think this is not possible in OpenRoads Connect, isn't?

If you set it up exactly like boxed in red:
Then, when you go to the Drawing workflow you can select 3+2 to copy and 4+1 to modify:
If you want the numbers to be in a different order to better reflect a v8i workflow, you can rearrange those in the Preferences dialog.
