Can anyone kindly share any material/link on how to make use of these Civil Tools in MX Roads SS4?

These are the OpenRoads Tools we started to introduce at SS3, the continued developing for SS4 and they eventually became the basis for OpenRoads Designer.

Recently, the CivTools menu disappeared from our Microstation platform. Our Cadd support people informed us (Civil Works Unit) that CivTools is discontinued....
Can you verify that is the case? ...and if so why would Bentley do away with such a valuabletool selection our Civil Engineers use.?

The task menu comes from DGNLIB files. It is possible to edit configurations in a manner that will disable certain DGNLIB files, removing the specific Tasks. But on the main menu is MicroStation is the Tools menu and under it is Tasks. If not on, the task menus do not display. So if you are missing the Tasks menu, that may be all you need to do.
If you have Tasks but no Civil Tools, you may need to fix the DGNLIB variables. The settings for MX is different than those for InRoads or GEOPAK, so someone with MX will need to assist to list what should be defined.
