The _USTN_PROJECTNAME variable is defaulting to "NO Project". We never had this problem until today and it only occurs on a few projects. After I open a DGN, the UCF updates to the correct _USTN_PROJECTNAME. When I close Power InRoads and restart, the File Open windowdisplays "NO Project" in the Project list. We use Power InRoads SS3 08.11.09.674.
Try Deleting the following folder first then try again.
C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Bentley\PowerInRoads\8.11

what other choices do you have for users at the point where no project is showing?
What is the name of a project that works?
Also This debug is for a project named: _USTN_PROJECTNAME: user = 001111
Which is not the one you posted about.
Attached is a image of all the projects available to users
01239-01 Moseywood Rd over SR 0080 project works as expected
Project 001111 is a junk project I use for testing and misc drawings

Project 001111 is a junk project I use for testing and misc drawings. I used it prior to creating the debug file. Do you need a debug file from a project that causes the No Project error?
The Lehigh River project configuration file has an “extra” space in the name (between 01 and SR – there are two spaces).
What happens if you rename the PCF and takes out the extra space?

WOW, don't I feel silly.
That fixed the problem on each project we were having trouble with. I removed the extra space and now they work as expected.
Thanks
