I'm working in PowerGeopak SS4 version 08.11.09.845
The "Tools", "View XML Reports" menu item fails to open the Civil Report Browser, or at least nothing seems to happen. Also, when I go to the PowerGEOPAK\RoadWayDesign\bin folder there is no file called "ReportBrowser.exe", only DLL files.
My style sheet is set correctly and the report displays just fine when it's initially created but once I close it there's no way to reopen the Civil Report Browser.
I've tried everything I could find on here and searching google and I saw that it was logged as a defect but it still seems to be an issue.
Any help is appreciated.
Can you go to the Windows Start and type in 'Report browser' to see if it will invoke the browser?
This Report browser may be available on my machine from a different (older) civil product if you don't have this available. Otherwise, I think an uninstall, clean out the temp folders and preferences, run a registry cleaner, and reinstall the PowerGEOPAK product to see if the browser can be invoked.

Thanks Chris, that seems to work.
I went to Windows Start and typed in 'Report browser'.
Once it opened, I went to Tools -> Style Sheet Root then I navigated to the style sheet location for PowerGeopak (...ProgramData\Bentley\Civil\ReportBrowser\8.11.9\en\)
Then I clicked File-> Open and found the XML file I wanted to view and opened it.
The formatting was wrong and it had no style applied so I searched the list of folders until I found the one I had used when I saved the XML (see picture) and clicked on it and that made it display correctly.
I hope this helps someone else.
Also, the Report Browser I got wasn't from PowerGeopak, it was from an older version of InRoads that I had installed on my machine.
