Tried on different machines, with DGNs created from different seeds - ORD crashes when I try to delete simple linear template. The crash occurs regardless of which method I use - context menu, explorer...

Thank you for posting your DGN file for testing. I am receiving the same behavior as you and have elevated this crash to our Development group as Defect 930011.

As a workaround if you deactivate the rule before deleting the linear template, it works, you manage not to crash
