Hello everyone,
I am a new user of ORD Update 4 and I have the following question:
I have a corridor with several bridges. When I generate the quantity report, fill areas are calculated under the bridges.
Can anybody help me?
Thank you very much.
Regards,
Mauro Vega
What program are you using to model the bridges? Is that just a template within ORD and inserted in to your corridor? If so, I think you need to set the volume option of every feature definition you are using there to None. This setting is in the properties of the feature definitions.
If you are using OpenBridge Modeler then there is something else going on here that should be brought to Bentley's attention.

Hello Marc B,
Thanks for your answer.
Yes, it is a template within ORD and inserted in my corridor.
I checked the volume option in the properties of the definition of features and it is in "none", but in the quantities it continues showing area and volume of fill.
I don't think you can exclude bridge section from dynamic earthworks in dynamic cross sections. Looks like FD settings are not honoured there.
You should be certainly able to exclude bridge decks when taking quantities by named boundaries. Just don't create one where the bridges are.
