&lt;p&gt;If you have one of the Haestad products such as StormCAD, you can use the 32-bit version of it to import the model (which uses the 32-bit Access Database Engine), without having to change your Access Database Engine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another option is to remove all instances of ADE, then reinstall in the below order. This should not impact your 32-bit Office and will enable you to use 64-bit ModelBuilder with Access or Excel data source types.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) 2010 x64 (64-bit) ADE&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) 2007 x86 (32-bit) ADE&lt;/p&gt;
