COORDINATE SYSTEM ASSIGN DOES NOT OPEN IN ORD Update 4

Question

I&acute;m trying to assign a coordinate system in my drawing but the window to assign does not open. 
 Does anyone have this problem in ORD update 4?

Try this: 
 
 Close software 
 Find 10.0.0 folder, mine is located here C:\Users\Marcus.Blake\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner 
 Copy 10.0.0 to desktop 
 Delete 10.0.0 from C drive 
 Relaunch software
