MX XM - CAD conversion problem

I am using MX XM Patch 1 for SU2, opening in PowerDraft and was wondering how I can increase the points created on CAD conversion. I am trying to convert a roundabout that I created with the roundabout tool and it looks terrible because of the lack of points created on the string. Is there a setting for chord to arc tolerance that I am missing ? Does anyone have a better idea. Please help.
  • As far as I remember there is a function in Roundabout tool (civil enchancement) that creates MX strings from polilines (Commit and update alignment). unfortunetly with -999 level but still these strings have enough points.

  • After creating the roundabout, the commit option sends the geometry back to the specified MX features and unless they are alignment features in MX these will result in stroked points. There is an option to change the point stroking on commit and it's the chord to arc tolerance that controls this (there is plenty of info in the help to describe this), so if you're not getting a reasonable representation you might want to change these values or you could invoke curve fitting on thedisplayed feature to improve the asthetics.
