Hi
When changing scale in 3d model file with terrain all contour text annotate correctly.
But when I insert this same model file as reference the text become static and don´t change according to scale as another text and line elements does.

These are just the dynamic contour labels you are not seeing change and update when you have the terrain referenced into another DGN? I did a quick test and I referenced by DGN which contains my terrain model displayed with contours, showing the dynamic contour labels and as I move around and zoom, the text is still dynamic. I couldn't see anything in the element template which would prevent this from adjusting and force it to be static when referenced, so I will have to keep digging. I could not initially reproduce this situation.

I miss a label tool for terrain contour where I can pick terrain element and just choose how the density should be. The label tools we have now is not good enough
