Are you referring to the Task Navigation Workflow found in MicroStation?

Or do you mean the ability to turn on the legacy Task Dialog as described in:

https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/24481/how-to-display-the-v8i-style-tasks-dialog-in-microstation-connect-edition

MicroStation is the only product that uses the Task Navigation workflow and is not available in other MicroStation based project.

I'm not sure i completely understand what you mean here ? HOw are you turning on Task ? Any chance you can add a few screen grabs to show what you mean ?
