Power InRoads - How do I get Read-Write access to the alg file?

By any chance do you know where i can find a manual for Power Inroads ss4? 

I'm interested in learning how to create horizontal alignment and modify existing horizontal alignment

SS4 is delivered with a Help file, but that's about all the "manual" I know of. I do know that the Wiki here, as well as the Bentley Learn site have a number of videos and articles that explain and illustrate the basics of the design process. You can even find a lot of good information out on YouTube.

In SS4, you do not need the ALG to create a horizontal or vertical alignment, but you will need that alignment saved to the ALG for other processing.
