ORD Update 5 is now known as 2018 Release 3. Here's all we have:

Not this time as far as I've seen. There doesn't seem to be an upgrade of civil dgn data in this version.

A Civil Data version update between U4 and U5
Yes the update of schema needs to be spelt out in the release notes. Come on Bentley we as your users can not and should not be expected to trip over this aspect when we upgrade. It has caused me some major issues today on a live project. Time is money in the real world.
