Hi Maria

• you have to draw a horizontal geometry from the “event “ point to the alignment. Better if you could cross it. Add to geometry elevation according to the elevation of the point ( the vertical geometry have to be active)
• after that you use profile intersection point... choosing first the alignment, then geometry for your event point.
• sometimes it is hard to see the point in the profil...try to open up properties and select with crossing around the area in the profile where you at expecting the point to appear. If it’s there you should see what you capture in properties

that method is not valid for me, but i work with many points in my alignement. ( pipes with special pieces)
I have achieved that by clicking on the profile visrtaul I draw the point in the horizontal geometry. but not in the profile itself
I have generated the model and the profile view and in it, if I can draw the point and write it down but I can not visualize it in the horizontal geometry.
I need to know where I connect (standards) the point to be displayed in both horizontal and vertical geometry.

oh, yes!!!

last night I tried that , but I found it a little tangled for so many points. we have to find something more agile.
