Correct, Update 9 is identical to Update 8 only it uses CONNECT Licensing.

Absolutely. I am not certain of the expected update. We have been releasing an update every other quarter. I am not certain of the schedule for releasing particular products and I know we are trying to move toward quarterly updates, but nothing set in stone for ConceptStation.
