when i cut a section , the 3D model reference is attached whit a smoth shadow presentation, i have to change the properties of the reference and reload it to get a wireframe presentation.

Can you just go to your view properties via the right click menu and change your view presentation from there?

the view presentation is set to wireframe (changed that in the dgnlib for sections), now it's automatic, the view is made with wireframe display. But i still get the smooth shadow in my cross sections.
it's because the refence presentation is set to smooth shadow. (rigth clik on the reference in the reference window)
and i can't find a way to do this but manually on each section that i make. i have tons of sections to produce.
it take a lot of time to open the view model, change the presentation properties and reload the reference.
is there a way to set that presentation automatically to what i want instead of doing it manually ? a variable to set, a dgnlib to modify ?

What about trying to delete your Dynamic Cross Section and regenerating.
Use the keyin: geometry dynamicsection deletedxsviews
I'm having the same issue except its set to Transparent - did you ever figure out a workflow for this?
