We load the Popset toolbox and change the option "Allow Ctrl-Space when disabled" so we can use ctrl-space at any time to reposition dialogs to the pointer location. Another option...

same process for any missing or off screen dialog... worth printing this one out in you mstn bible or scrap book

It's possible the tool box is positioned off screen or out of view. I used to know how to fix that, but it's been too long.....

It is a Geopak tool under the Corridor Modeling tab.

I've used Microstation for 25+ years and don't know what corridor objects toolbox even is. What version are you using?
