When i try to produce a subsurface utility profile sheet, all data in the profile frame was missed, just like below:
My version is OpenRoads Designer Edition - 2018 Release 3, and i use default setting to do this try. I am certain that my DGN have no trouble , because one of my colleagues used to exchange DGN with a Bentley engineer in Hong Kong，and it can be used to produce a normal profile sheet.
So i wonder is there some settings i should do before i use this function to produce a subsurface utility profile sheet?
Hello, when you create your Profiles, have you selected the right Annotation group?
Thanks for your reply, of course i selected annotation group at this place.And it can export data when i produce subsurface utility profile sheet.

I have uploaded the file , but i should explain that all the SUE files have this mistake, not only this one. So , is it possible that this mistake is caused by some setting error?
