We are currently running ProjectWise 10.00.03.49 and ORD version 10.04.00.48. I am dealing specifically the ORD variable "CIVIL_REPORTS_DIRECTORY." Has anyone else been having issues getting this variable to read and load all of the sub-folders under the $(CIVIL_ORGANIZATION_STANDARDS)Reports path? If you have been able to get it working, please let me know how you did it.
Thank you
Phillip Hess
Hi Phillip
This is a known issue, and an Enhancement (650887, Report Browser - allow style sheet root directory to be stored in ProjectWise) has been filed with our Development group.

Hi Phillip,
As a workaround, we create a CSB (PW config block) defining a config variable that includes each of the PW civil reports subfolders so the ProjectWise managed workspace copies them all out to separate locations.
We then have a VBA Macro that reads the variable to get the copied out location of each folder and copies them as subfolders to the CIVIL_REPORTS_DIRECTORY folder so reports function as they're supposed to.
We get this macro to automatically run on startup (and sync ) if it detects the custom CSB variable is loaded and seems to work quite well so far as a convoluted workaround.
Happy to share if you're interested

Has this been fixed. As I'm still having an issues with 10.07 & 10.08 ORD. If it has been fixed what is the fix?

I have been told that this has been addressed and will be included in 2020 Release 3.
We have always left our XML Reports at the OS level because of how PW uses a flat file structure in the shadow folder area.
But since we have not begun moving our ORD workspace into ProjectWise, we have not looked at addressing this and this variable.
