Whenever I have an active command the cross-hairs of my cursor turn blank making it impossible to see where my cursor is against a black screen. I am using OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition Version 10.05.00.30.
I also just opened up PowerInRoads and it is happening in that program as well.
You're not the only one. I've just started getting this problem. As if all the other bugs in this awful software weren't bad enough.I can't say I'm shocked you haven't had any response. Bentley don't seem to care the slightest about their customers, judging by their lack of involvement on this site.
This is probably not a Bentley bug. Sounds like the fairly widespread issue many people are seeing when they have ultra high res display on a laptop and lower resolution on external monitors. If your issue is like mine and others you will also see very tiny cursor in Microsoft Office products especially word and outlook and the issue is either in windows or display drivers, no one seems to know which.
But the fix is easy, albeit annoying. Open display settings in windows and change custom scaling to 101%. You must sign out of windows for the change to take effect.
Heres the annoyance. If you disconnect from the external displays you may have to fix it again. I find my self toggling between 101% and 102% two or three times a week because my home office external monitors are different than the monitors in the company office.

After updating my graphics card drivers the problem seems to have gone away. If it come back I will attempt your suggestion of changing the custom scaling. Thank you for your response.
