How do you copy horizontal and vertical geometry from one file to another in Open Roads Designer?
Hi Brandon,
Make sure that your reference file is attached and listed at Project Explorer>Civil Model>Civil Data (it will be dithered). From the plan view select Horizontal Geometry>Copy Element, you can select multiple elements (alignments) to copy.

Sanders

Question... Is this method supposed to "copy" the complete alignment and profile (with all their parametric data) into the new CADD file? I tried it and only got the horizontal element (no parametrics). Am I missing something? [Using the latest version of ORD 10.08.01.33]
I found the answer, with a little more searching on BE Communities.
"In the geometry menu, under the modify icon there is a command called "Copy Element" with this you can copy alignement between drawing."
