[OR] Civil DGNLIB's - Any Known Issues if They Contain both a Default and Default 3D Model?

No dramas using them for years. Perhaps just the additional time to load an extra model on dgnlib load that gets compounded with many dgnlibs maybe...

I also noticed in the migration videos, they use 3D seeds for creating all of the DGNLIB's. I'm guessing that if the default model is 3D, then nothing you do would add an extra model (unless you try to view cross sections or profile views, which I believe are "hidden" models).
