Hello,
I am trying to set up a dgn with preferences, levels, linetypes, survey feature codes, etc. from my state dept of transportation. These files are in projectwise, which I obtained from my supervisor.
The program is Power InRoads V8i series 4. The next step will be importing survey data, and creating a surface, then alignments and so on.
How are the preferences, and settings brought into a dgn? Can they be linked directly from projectwise?

Your preferences should be set up in a DGNLIB file and yes, they can be linked directly from ProjectWise. You may find the following link helpful.
