Have you bentley development team test the Client program?
Now , with the CL license, if you do not log in, you can not use the program!
But I usually can not log in, the Client usually has no response, and it is low efficient, and its delay time are too much! it is unbearable!
The Connection Client is too poor!

What version of Connect Advisor do you have installed on your machine? You can go to Programs and Features to find this.

I've just watched your video. Was Lantern connected to an HK VPN before you tried to log in with Connection Client? It appears that the Client is hung. Please kill the process and restart the Client.

If killing the Client does not resolve the issue, zip the entire Logs folder and I will message you with where to provide it. It's located at C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs or use this shortcut in the browser address bar %localappdata%\Bentley\Logs.
