Are there any places in a model that can be used for place holders for information like project numbers, project type, project year, station number limits, etc that can be used as a text formula in a sheet seed? I can do page numbers but that's about it.
You could attach an item type to the File header or Model header to hold any information that you want. If you are using Sheet indexing you can store custom properties on the index, folder, or sheet. All properties can be used on Plans.
