I am using PennDOT's workspace for ORD 2018 Release 3 and I have encountered a problem when placing suda drainage nodes. The 2d cell and the 3d cell are rotated relative to each other. I have tried placing nodes with different elevation references to the same result ( Corridor Features, Corridor Top Mesh & Terrain model).
I have looked at the cell library and the line types and points all seem to match correctly. I looked at the quick start training for inlet placement and noticed that the training data set in the videos did something similar.
I am open to suggestions on what to try.
Thanks,
Jason

We have also experienced this issue and haven't had a chance to test it in 2018 Release 4 (v10.06.00.38) yet.
There were 2 defects filed for this issue (both of which should be resolved). In some cases the cells were rotated 90 degrees from the 2d cell and in other cases they were rotated 180 degrees. They should both be resolved in the 10.06.00.38 release.
