I am migrating from InRoads SS3 to ORD. In SS3 we had the Project Options set to use a Text Scale Factor of 25 and a Cell Scale factor of 25. How do I set a default cell scale factor in ORD? My survey points are coming in too small and need to be scaled up by a factor of 25. The only way I know to accomplish this is to edit the DGNLIB file and add a cell scale to each of the survey point code cells. Is there a global setting for the survey point cells?
You need to change your cells that need to be scaled to annotation cells. If you have any "object" cells that are drawn actual size, those can be left as-is.
