My question is, is there any similar feature in OpenRoads Designer?

RE: ORD 2018 Release 2 CUI

Okay. There is nothing similar in ORD.

Having said that, ORD uses 'Design Intent' (i.e. it 'remembers' the relationships between elements) so that an amendment to (say) the centreline of a road will update the complete corridor automatically. This is just one example of the efficiencies and benefits that ORD contains.
