Geographic Coordinate system

Question

Is it possible in PoweCivil for Denmark to copy a Geographic coordinate system and then rotate around the origin? And if yes, then how should it be done?

You must use Map functionality to create a custom GCS. Activate Map using utilities or Power Civil tools menu.
