No, that is not possible.How would the system know what should be in the 2D world and 3D world for a start?

3D Seed file - to used when dealing with TERRAIN and SURVEY data ONLY, as these are 3D creations.

2D Seed file - to be used with geometry, corridors, superelvation etc. You create your geometry etc in the 'Default' 2D model, and ORD will look after the 3D world in the model 'Default-3D'.

If you use a 3D seed file for geometry/corridor, the 2D geometric element and its 3D representation are in the same model,

"What can be done about that?" DO NOT USE A 3D SEED FILE if you are not creating a terrain or processing survey data.
