I am trying to use some of the DGNLIB files delivered with ORD Civil Default Standards - Imperial Workspace. When I try to open the file, I get a message "The data in this file belongs to [OpenRail Designer Update 3]." I have tried using the Version Checker to align the products but it fails every time. I get an error "VersionChecker.exe has detected a problem and logged it to ..."
Is there any other method to convert an OpenRail file to an OpenRoads file?
I just want to use the sample files as a starting point to configure OpenRoads Designer profile and cross sections labels.
What does the log file say that the problem is? What version of ORD are you running?
ORD 2018 Release 4 Update 6 ver 10.06.00.38
The exception log does make any sense to me. Do you know what this means?

No, but let me see what I can find out.
Mark I have a vague memory that version checker has problems on Windows 7, might be worth seeing if this is the case and if they can try on windows 10

Is it a specific file that is causing the issue? If so, which file is it?
