I have a .alg file with H and V alignments made in SS2. Without making surface for it, I cannot obtain any 3D view.
In SS4 I know that 3D geometry is possible to receive.
How can I make 3D geometry in SS4 from .alg files?
Main task is to get profile views with crossing features, which features will be centerlines from this .alg files.
Hi Jerzy, here is a wiki saying how to display a 2d feature in the 3d model: https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/20029/feature-not-displayed-in-3d-model
Marc,
Thanks for answer.
The solution does not work for me. I think it is that .alg files and profile view also were made is SS2. I have no possibility to "Set as active profile" for this geometry.
Hi Jerzy, Can you share the file? I'll have a look.
Meantime I found the solution. First at all I should import geometry.
Here is a manual for migrating a lot of things from SS2 to SS4.

Sorry for a fuss.
