Good day everyone,
I was given a road survey tin and gpk with its corresponding prj files that was done about five years ago. However, the surface adjustment factor used is different than what is used now and I need to rescale it to the correct adjustment. My question is, how do I go about performing this process? Originally, I thought I could convert the tin to a DTM and manually rescale this and export as a new tin, but that leaves the question of the points and chains in the gpk as I'm not sure how to go about that, or do I have to export everything into an ascii and apply the factors and bring back into the gpk? If there is a method that can help, I will greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks
GEOPAK has tools to translate the TIN file and the gpk file. The TIN converter has a custom conversion factor option. Inside COGO is a translate/rotate tool as well that can scale GPK elements too.

I can't recall - is there a Transform tool you could use?
