Dear Support,
i am getting above error when i open MX Roads from a user other than admin. I tried the steps mentioned in the above screenshot but no luck. Also i get below message when i perform step 5 in above error message.
I activated the product several times but still there are error messages, but when i try to perform step 5 from admin user, i get below message.
I tried fresh installation of product, also i cleared cache and system registry but still i am getting the message, but on other machine it is working fine.
Looking forward for solution to above problem ..

The screen captures tell me you can not pull an MX License. You need to contact licensing to make sure you have the correct license assigned to your site along with the correct activation key.

i putted same in licensing but someone shifted it to here..
i even raised service request having number 7000877451 but no one responded to the service request.
my all users are stuck here with this issue, and i am not getting any response from bentley to get rid of problem.
please anybody help me in this.
