Hello communiy,
I'm having trouble installing Openroads Designer. I receive the following error (see screenshot). I now finally managed to install version 10.05.00.30 and trying to upgrade to 10.6.0.38. I get the same error when trying to update through the Connection Client and when I download the installer. Any ideas?
Please try a clean uninstall/reinstall.
Preferences and Data
Save any edited files that you have changed.
Add/Remove Programs
Use Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to remove all instances of OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition
File Explorer
Go to C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition and delete all directories.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Bentley and delete all folders with OpenRoads Designer or OpenRoadsDesigner within the folder name.
Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories
Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories
Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories
Install
Turn off Windows UAC (user account controls in control panel)
Right click on ORD .exe and run as administrator
