That's what I figured but I checked the chains out to 6 decimals.  Both ending in zeros.

These two chains are just a couple of about thirty sideroads that I used as examples.  It's about 50-50 on how they visualize.  I will say that all the chains were created using cogo not by graphics.

The problem is a rounding issue. If the actual distances are calculated from the coordinates and carried out past 6 decimal places you will see the ones that label have a distance of 299.9999995 and those that don't are 299.9999994. However, D&C Manager should honor the rounding defined in the user preferences. I have logged a ticket for this.
