How to restore configuration variables

Try a clean uninstall/reinstall.

Preferences and Data

Save any edited files that you have changed.

Add/Remove Programs

Use Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to remove all instances of OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition

File Explorer

Go to C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition and delete all directories.

Go to C:\ProgramData\Bentley and delete all folders with OpenRoads Designer or OpenRoadsDesigner within the folder name.

Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories

Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories

Go to C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and delete all directories

Thanks for the reply. I tried with your suggestion but it did not work for me. Even I cleaned the registry files. 

What I did, I copied configuration variables from other computer then resolved the issue.
