Hi All,
I am having some trouble with a named boundary being offset slighty when using the civil plan feature of the named boundary tool to produce sheet models.
As you can see. The clipped boundary gets offset slightly. This only seems to happen when using the alignment in the attached file.Previously this geomtry had a station equation attached. However, I have set to zero and the issue still remains. When creating a new alignment or using a new piece of geomtery, it works fine.
1488.Geometry.dgn
Has anyone experienced similar? If so, what was the solution?
Thanks
Liam
So, I had this problem. The reason for my problem was the Drawing Boundary in the sheet model of the sheet seed dgnlib did not have the shape modified to match the named boundary clip shapes. By selecting on the graphic of the Drawing Boundary I was able to adjust the limits which then resolved these offset issues.
I meant the reference insertion point of your sheet. No dramas ;)

If I move the reference, the offset is then wrong when used on other alignments or geometry. Thanks for your help anyway. I think I'll bundle this up and log a support ticket. I'll post the outcome here.
no idea, maybe just move your reference...
Yes. Tried that also.
