Is there a way to attach a civil cell as a reference file and place it in the active file?....This would make better sense and would be easy to use. Then later you could move the cell to a library in your workspace or workset.
Hi joe, you can attach the DGNLib of your Civil Cells to a dgn but you want be able to use the Civil Cells properly, as they aren't supposed to work in this way.
