I am adding a driveway civil to my proposed corridor. Only my back edge of driveway is located OUTSIDE the proposed corridor boundary. This is yielding strange results with the proposed corridor. Anything OUTSIDE of the Proposed Corridor when clipped goes to elevation ZERO. How can I fix this problem? Do I need to get the Back edge of the driveway into the Proposed Corridor? Yes, there is a profile on the back edge of the driveway set to the existing ground elevations.

Not Sure on that one. The targets are set-up as horizontal and vertical geometry. Back Line which represents the existing condition, Proposed CL of the driveway and the proposed mainline edge of pavement. When placing the cell you need to associate the each geometry of the cell to the actual geometry that you have to establish prior to placing.

I am following Chuck Lawson's video on creating the driveway civil cell. It appears the video was created with InRoads Select Series 4. I am trying to apply the cell creation with ORD CE Update 6. There are certain commands that Mr Lawson is performing that do not work in ORD CE. For example, at minute 22:00 of the video where you would do a tentative snap to the centerline in the plan view and the vertical end point should move from elevation 0 to elevation 1.0 after the tentative>data. This is not working for me. So, I am wondering if someone from Bentley can re-create the problem in ORD. I am guessing that this may be one reason why the driveway cell placement is not working.
