Select All Objects on a Feature Definition

You can consider the "Isolate" option available when you right click on the element. For this, in the "Explorer > OpenRoads Model tab", expand the Feature Definition you would want to select, at this moment you will have to select the elements individually  using the CTRL key on the keyboard. You can right click as well and select "Isolate" to get only the selected elements visible in the view. Hope this helps. Do let me know.

That works for 2D, however when viewing the 3D model there is no drop down for 3D Linear elements as it says they do not share any common properties
