I'm working on ORD 2019.1 and I have to import xml files of subsurface utility. I know that for example when you import geometry from xml file made in Concepstation or civil 3D ORD update the associated alignement. So I'm wondering if there a similar way to do in subsurface utility? Can I import multiple time the "same" xml file with different variation? and each time ORD update the subsurface utility?
If it's something not possible would it then be a good enhancement?
thanks
You cannot import multiple xml files. This appears to be working as designed. Once a utility model has been created in the dgn users get this message after attempting to import a landxml.
There is a model builder tool that allows you to update and import/export SUDA data. Here's some information about it.

There is a problem with model builder, I have posted this here: https://communities.bentley.com/products/hydraulics___hydrology/f/haestad-hydraulics-and-hydrology-forum/178084/problem-using-model-builder-to-import-external-data---can-t-use-with-excel-or-acces-360.
You cannot import external data if you have a "new" version of Excel or Access.
Problem for model builder was solve, see post in hydrology forum.
