In Openroads designer:
- you create a drawing model for profile or section annotation, name it ex: "profile 1"
- delete the model
- It's now impossible to use the name "profile 1" try it the software will name your model an other name. And there is no way to clean the "list" of old named models.
Please fix this or at least explain why we cannot do this.
Have you tried Compressing your drawing (Main menu -> File -> Compress)?

I have noticed this with Feature Names as well. I've found if I close the file after I delete my civil data whose name I want to reutilize, I can use it the next time I open the file.
It's got to do with the Saved Views created by your named boundaries. Try opening your Saved View dialog and deleting them for ORD to reuse those model names.

Thanks Mark! I never tought of looking in the saved view dialog.
I only found it for the same reason as yourself. Unfortunately not enough documentation on how ORD creates its drawings that would help users with the process...
