How can I open the create cross section dialog in my InRoads V8i SS4

I can fin the icons for creating cross sections in Corridor Modelling tab. However, the create cross section dialog can't be found.

The Create Cross Sections and Roadway designer options have been moved into the OpenRoads tools (as you have seen). Here is some information on the change and also some good links to training material and articles for the cross sections and new modeling functionality: 
 This tutorial is for MX, but the same cross section tools are actually used for PowerCivil, InRoads, GEOPAK, and MX in the new OpenRoads tools which started with the SS3 version:

 In the link, there is a workshop titled C5. Dynamic Cross Sections with SS3 . This gives you the basics.
