I am using the profile generator. I opened up a profile that I previously stored. I would like to change it, but when I try to save it I am told "Chain B not found." This profile is named BPRO1 and it is based on a chain named B. Navigator shows this chain to exist and I can describe it, obtain sta/off using the labeler, etc., etc. How was I able to store this chain once, but not anymore? I would like to save it as BPRO2 as a backup and then modify BPRO1, but I can't "save as" either. The MicroStation status window keeps telling me that "Chain B not found." Redefine is on by the way.

I also had this problem but deleteing resources didn't work.
I had a profile cell that had a reference station set to 6+00 and the actual chain it was defined with started at 9+60. When I trying to save a profile as.... I got the Chain XX not found error. Changing the reference station to 9+60 within the profile cell settings was able to resolve the problem.
