Hello,
I have a PC with the 8.11.09.832 version of MicroStation. I followed the instructions in the Wiki articles to get this installed. However, I still get the wrong version message when trying to install InRoads SS4 (8.11.09.878) -
Is this a MicroStation problem or an InRoads problem?
Thanks
Tom F.
Thanks Marcus - spent some more time on this this morning, removed everything, even ODBC, RealDWG etc. Ran CCleaner, removed some registry keys that had the .714 version of MicroStation - no luck. Will send this to our IT group to re-image. Some days you get the bear some days the bear gets you : ) .
You might try clean uninstall and then run a registry cleaner.

I fear you need to remove the microstation from the registry. I don't remember the whole thing but you might be able to search for Bentley. Use the command line regedit. Be careful though.
Marcus,
Tried everything in the list, InRoads 8.11.09.878 will still not install - still gives me the "Supported version of MicroStation" message.Anyting else you can think of? At this point we're getting close to re-imaging the PC for the amount of time we've spent installing and uninstalling all the various versions. Thanks,
Those versions are compatible. Are there any other versions of MicroStation on the cpu? I would recommend a clean uninstall/reinstall of MicroStation .832. Then attempt to install InRoads.
