[IR SS4] Supported MicroStation version message when installing

Question

Hello, 
 I have a PC with the 8.11.09.832 version of MicroStation. I followed the instructions in the Wiki articles to get this installed. However, I still get the wrong version message when trying to install InRoads SS4 (8.11.09.878) - 
 
 Is this a MicroStation problem or an InRoads problem?

Those versions are compatible. Are there any other versions of MicroStation on the cpu? I would recommend a clean uninstall/reinstall of MicroStation .832. Then attempt to install InRoads. 
 
 MicroStation Clean Uninstall

Make sure you are administrator on the machine 
 Also, turn off Windows UAC (user account controls in control panel) 
 Uninstall MicroStation from windows control panel 
 Delete all MicroStation folders under the following locations:

C:\Program Files\Bentley 
 C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley 
 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared 
 C:\ProgramData\Bentley 
 C:\Users\firstname.lastname\AppData\Local\Bentley 
 C:\Users\ firstname.lastname\AppData\Roaming\Bentley

Empty the Recycle Bin 
 Install MicroStation, right click on executable file and select &lsquo;run as administrator&rsquo; 
 Launch MicroStation
