Open Roads Designer on Citrix

Question

I have seen some posts on this but they are over a year old so I will ask the question again 
 
 Is there support for Open Roads designer in a virtualized environment like Citrix - I thought MicroStation Connect is supported in Citrix (maybe I read that wrong) 
 
 Has anyone tried using ORD in Citrix and what issues have you seen?

Hi Dan, 
 After some research I found that we don&rsquo;t officially support ORD in a Citrix environment. 
 One of the reasons is that given the higher volume of dynamic rendering taking place, the performance of ORD would be affected considerably due to the way Citrix process pixels.

Hi Dan, 
 As far I&rsquo;m aware there is no plan to support it in the near future. Our planning for the software is usually dictated by our user&rsquo;s needs. The more people requesting a functionally the more focus development put to deliver it. 
 I would suggest you create a new item in the Ideas section requesting the support for Citrix and listing your reasons. That way users can vote on that idea and the more votes the idea has the more chances are that Product management will take that idea to action. Forums are also important to raise awareness about ideas.
