I have created a vertical alignment using the complex by VPI tool. I have since set active, and saved my alignment to my .alg and .rwk.
Later, I use Evaluation -> Profile -> Create Profile, and plot my vertical alignment. I then use Geometry -> Vertical Curve Set -> Define Curve (OR) Table Editor, to edit my vertical alignment.
I then set active my horizontal alignment, and export my new vertical (and horizontal) alignment to my .alg file.
Later, I import my horizontal and vertical alignment (profile) into a .dgn. I highlight my horizontal alignment and click 'open profile model'. I select the appropriate view to display it in (lets say view 2, or 3).
My problem:
My vertical alignment (profile) shows up, however, I can no longer graphically select my VPI stations or elevations to edit them.
If I plot it using evaluation-> Profile -> Create Profile, I can still use the table editor or define curve to edit it; but 'open profile model' does not allow me to graphically edit it.
Using: Power InRoads V8i SS4
When you import from native, you don't have that ability. you should try and do your edits in OpenRoads and don't go back and forth.
